Known as the "Champagne" of tea, this delicate
selection is grown on the Himalayan mountain
estates of the Darjeeling district in Northeast
India. Please do not use milk in any
Darjeeling tea. Steep 1 tsp for each cup. Use
BOILING water (not microwave) and steep no
longer than 2-3 minutes. OVER STEEPING RUINS
THE DELICATE FLAVOR. Each 4 ounce tin yields
about 50 cups. A second infusion will yield
another 50 cups but of decaffeinated tea.
